The patient visited our Dental Clinic because of the constant pain, bleeding and bad aesthetics of the right upper incisor. After the oral examination and reviewing the x-ray we determined an external absorption on the root, due to which unfortunately the tooth had to be removed. |

We performed immediate implantation after the tooth was removed. |

After the implant was placed we prepaired the temporary crown. |
|
The patient wore this temporary crown during the ossification / integration period of the implant that is 3 months on average. |
